I'm taking part in a Skydive to raise money for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change's behaviour change and counselling programmes.

TLC is one of few charities in the UK that works with people who harm as well as people who have been harmed to tackle the root cause of domestic violence. TLC wants to end the cycle of domestic abuse by ensuring people take accountability for their unhealthy behaviours while also supporting those who have been harmed through counselling services.
