Chillin’4 for Charity – Presented by UNBC JDC West

Each November, the incredible team from UNBC JDC West takes part in one of the coldest — and kindest — fundraisers of the year: Chillin’4 for Charity. With hearts full of purpose and courage to match, students, coaches, faculty, and community members take the plunge into an icy pool of water — all in support of local causes that make a real difference across Northern BC.

Donations and funds go towards bring an Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) to the UNHBC. The Northern region currently does not have one, so anyone suffering from upper raspatory diseases such as lung and esophageal cancer have to travel long distances to be treated or receive any kind of care.
