In May myself (Kennedy) and some of my family and friends (Katie, Amie, Ebony, Zoe and Amber) will be doing 'The Bluebell Walk' which is 9 miles around Rutland Water to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis. This charity means so much to me and has supported me over the past 2 years since being diagnosed. I hope that anyone in my position also gets the support they need!

Crohn's and Colitis doesn't just affect the person living with the condition it also affects those around them. This charity helps provide information, local support and a live chat to answer any question and provides a guide to understanding Crohn's and colitis.
