I'm taking part in a Skydive to raise money for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change

This organisation means a lot to me, having worked with them for 4 years and seen their incredible work to change unhealthy dynamics across all kinds of families.

Even a small donation helps us meet the cost of delivering free services.

£5 will pay for some tea and biscuits at a support group session for people affected by domestic abuse

£20 provides art supplies for a child to explore their emotions without the pressure of talking

£25 will help us reach out to people who cannot get to us (anything from staff commuting costs to Microsoft Teams licences or for video therapy headsets and cameras)

£60 will pay for a couple or individual therapy session or subsidise several sessions.

£100 pays for high-school workshops to teach young people the difference between healthy and toxic relationships from an early age

£200 will get someone who has caused harm on the path to healthy and safe relationships and never bring violence or abuse to their future relationships.
