Joel and Tanya Duncan have been great friends of mine for a long time, starting when Joel and I served in the Marine Corps together at HMH-361.

Please join me in supporting the Duncan Family as they crush the Detroit Free Press Half Marathon on Oct 19th and I gratefully hobble my way through the Marine Corps Marathon on Oct 26th in honor of their little boy, J.R. (John Roland), who has been diagnosed with A-T.

A-T is a neurodegenerative disease with no treatment or cure. It causes loss of muscle control and balance, cancer, lung disease, and immune system problems in children and young adults, shortening their lives.
