Emily: I’m running to support CHEO because of the impact it’s had on people close to me. CHEO helped my friend Aiden while he was fighting cancer, giving him the care and support he needed during an incredibly difficult time. Seeing that inspired me, and it’s also helped me find the strength to face my own chronic health challenges. Running this race is my way of giving back to a hospital that changes so many lives.

Emma: I am running in support of medical research. all my life i have been surrounded by friends and family who a struggled to get treatment for their diagnosis. To me raising money towards medical research means having people i love get the help and proper care they need.

Myla: I am running to help support struggling children at CHEO to find the best possible treatment. I am interesting in working in pediactrics later in life and will always be willing to help out anyone in any way possible. I’ve got a friend who’s had multiple heath issues over the past few years currently attending CHEO and wish her the best in all her treatments so hopefully this can help her and a bunch of other children.
