Story

On 6 September 2026, I ran the London Big Half Marathon to raise money for those affected by the devastating floods and landslides that struck Nepal on 26 August.

What has happened has been truly heartbreaking. More than 1,300 people have lost their lives and around 5,000 people remain missing, with thousands of families left devastated and communities facing the loss of homes, livelihoods and vital infrastructure.

Around 10,000 households have been affected, while more than 17,000 children are in need of urgent humanitarian assistance.

For many families, the tragedy is far from over. They are now facing displacement, loss of income, damaged homes and a desperate need for food, clean water, medical support and shelter as Nepal begins the long road to recovery.

I wanted to use my London Big Half to do something to help, however small. Every donation will make a difference and help provide vital support to people who have lost so much.

Please donate whatever you can and help me support the people of Nepal during this devastating time.

Thank you so much for your support
