The Ridge is a long established charity that has built its reputation on its success with working with young people out of mainstream schooling and with vulnerable adults in crisis. For now, though our focus has had to change and all of our efforts are directed to supporting Dunbar and East Linton’s Covid Fund, set up to alleviate hardships to individuals, couples and families of all ages in our community who are affected by the short and long term impacts of COVID19. We will provide swift, practical help to people who suddenly find themselves in need. Assistance will include support to access food and meals, clothing and utilities. We will also offer support to access all the help that our partners in Dunbar and the wider ward can offer including: o Community Development o Day Centres for Seniors – Dunbar & East Linton o Debt Advice Service o Dunbar Area Christian Youth Project (inc Harbour Lights Youth Club) o Dunbar Churches Together o Dunbar Rotary Club o Dunbar Dementia Network o Child and Adult Mental Health Services o Dunbar Medical Centre o Dunbar and East Linton Area Partnership Schools
