We are a dedicated Edinburgh-based charity providing essential financial assistance to adults facing medical conditions that are permanent or potentially life-limiting. We give financial assistance to people who cannot work because of their medical condition and provide either an annuity paid half yearly or a one-off grant for specific needs.
