About us

A small village church in North Yorkshire, St James' Melsonby has stood since the 13th century and was last modified in 1872. We still have no water supply or drainage, so we have no toilets or kitchen. These basic facilities are necessary to continue holding baptism, marriage, and funeral services in comfort, weekly services, and special events, concerts, and children's church activities.
