Some of us rock a bag. Some of us don’t. But we’re all here for the same reason: to support, uplift, and prove that living with an ostomy is nothing to hide—it’s something to be proud of. Every step we take is for those navigating life after surgery, waiting for surgery, or just learning to embrace this new normal with grit and grace.

We’re fundraising to keep education, advocacy, and community support rolling across Canada. Because no one should have to face this alone—and honestly, we’ve got enough to carry without carrying stigma, too.
