This year, Jamie and I have decided to take part in the Great North Run, raising funds for Diabetes UK. Jamie has lived with Type 1 Diabetes for most of his adult life, and as a kid, I remember watching him taking blood samples and using his insulin pen to keep everything in check. Fast forward to today and Jamie now uses a CGM, a high-tech piece of kit that makes living with diabetes so much easier and this is something we want to try and help make more accessible to those who live with diabetes.

Any donations that can be made to this great charity this go a long way, and we greatly appreciate anything you can spare.
