Raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity

London to Brighton - The Brain Tumour Charity · 15 September 2024 ·

Cycle 55 miles from the capital to the coast this September in one of the most iconic cycling events in the fundraising calendar!

Story

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page.

We are a group of friends and family united by loved ones battling brain tumors. Our inspiration, James, a remarkable entrepreneur and father, was diagnosed with a brain tumor during a routine eye test after suffering from persistent headaches. Initially missed by non-specialist GPs, James’s story highlights the Brain Tumour Charity's crucial work in promoting early detection and education to improve better prognoses for all.

Our Challenge

Our team- Angus, Harry, Janna, Kyle, Michael & Alice- are taking on the 55 mile London to Brighton Bike Ride on 15th September to raise both funds and awareness for The Brain Tumour Charity.

We are a 'mixed ability' group with some of us geeking out on VO2 Max and FTP, and others getting stuck into biking for the challenge!

We look forward to sharing our progress and completing the event as a team. Thank you for your support and encouragement 🚴 👏
