Our team is taking part in Hike for Hospice in loving memory of our wife, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother, Dianne Jackson. Androscoggin Home Health and Hospice were there for her, and us, during her end of life. We couldn't have asked for more from all of the wonderful nurses and support that we received. This is our small way of giving back to them and everyone that they have helped and continue to help.
