This December, my wife Noellene and I are taking on HYROX London ExCeL as a doubles team to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

This challenge is particularly personal to me. In 2025, at the age of 45, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer despite having no symptoms at all. Following treatment in early 2026, I'm thankfully in a position to take on challenges like this and look to the future positively.

Cancer affects far more than the person diagnosed. It impacts partners, families and friends too. Noellene has supported me throughout, and taking on HYROX together is our way of giving something back and supporting others facing their own cancer journey.

Macmillan provides vital practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer and their loved ones, making an enormous difference during some of life's toughest moments.

I have set a personal fundraising target of £400 and a team goal of £800. I will be incredibly grateful for any donation, big or small.
