Andrea, Tom, Bradley, Emma and Jack are taking on Mind's run 30 miles in April challenge.

Mental health is very important to us at VIEW and we want to do everything we can in order to support those struggling.

Now more than ever, people struggling from health problems need our support. in the UK, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem this year. Mind needs your help so that they can be there for anyone who needs them, on the phone, in local communities, and campaigning for change.
