In January 2020, TeamDaniel became a registered charity, formed to raise awareness of the prevalence of mental health issues in children and young people. TeamDaniel’s goal is to raise money towards opening safe spaces in Leeds and London and bringing in counsellors and organisations that can talk about different mental health problems that commonly occur in children and young people alongside signposting to available services.
