We've joined together to raise money for Macmillan Nurses and Christies, in memory of a very special colleague and friend, Anne Proe, who sadly passed away recently.
20 members of staff from Abraham Guest are taking part in a sponsored 14 mile walk on Saturday 1st March & hope to raise as much money as possible for the charities.
This has been arranged by one of our year 11 pupils who wanted to do something for Mrs Proe. He has organised this event with a company that he hopes to work with when leaving school, Tread UK.
Please, please, please dig deep and sponsor us...it would mean an awful lot to us all & to the year 11 pupil who has put a lot of time and effort into organising this event.
