Tiffy, my 18 year old is now at Uni, and so a new season of adventure has begun for this Tigger.

This Trip is an affirmation and celebration of life.
Along with a lady I have met twice, I am about to embark on the Adventure of a Lifetime: A 35 day trek from Jiri via Lukla to Base Camp Everest and returning to Lukla.
If I survive this 'Traditional Route to Base Camp', and fly out of the world's most dangerous airport (you have exactly 13 seconds to land and stop, and start and take-off!) and get back to the UK in one piece, I shall be delighted!
My partner in crime, Enid Corker, is doing this for The Mercian Regiment, and to mark her 70th Birthday.
I am doing this for both The Mercian Regiment and St Peter's Hospice, on the 10th anniversary of my husband's death.
