This year myself and my son Josh are walking in the Glasgow Santa Dash while raising funds for Beatson Cancer Charity as well as The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice.
We have split the charities this year as both these causes are close to our heart and my family. First in the fight against cancer and for the support of the ones we lose everyday and for all the family and survivors of cancer
The Prince and Princess of Wales hospice is a cause very close to our family’s heart as that is the place where my father (and grandfather) spent his final few weeks. Without the care and support from this amazing team, his last few weeks and passing would have been so much harder for us.
Cancer has been a big part in our family’s lives, 4 years ago when we lost my father (and grandfather) and more recently when it has effected us all again.
Please donate so the charities can help support more patients and families facing cancer and other terminal illnesses.
