Thank you for taking the time to come to my just giving page. I am raising money for two wonderful charities, Jeremiah's journey and Macmillan cancer relief. Both charities are close to my heart as have supported either myself or someone close to me.
Jeremiahs journey offer support to young people and their families after the loss of someone close to them. They after help during one of the most upsetting and lonely periods of time and help children come to terms with their grief.
Macmillan cancer relief offer practical advice and support to people suffering from cancer and their families. They are someone to turn to during a frightening and uncertain time.
Anyone who knows me knows that I love a challenge and swimming the channel seemed the perfect challenge and a fantastic opportunity to raise money for two such wonderful charities.
Due to how just giving is set up, each charity has to have a separate fundraising page for this one event. I hope to keep the money raised fairly equal between the two charities but this set up gives you the choice of who to donate to.
Thank you so much for your kindness in supporting these two wonderful charities and me! It will keep me inspired as I swim!
