The Dynamic Duo...well they were unavailable due to other commitments, so Phil & Martin stepped up to the plate and commited to the challenge.
"Not for the faint hearted" stated the BHF organisers in describing the event.... "24 peaks in the Lake District in 24 hours". Needless to say Phil & Martin gave little consideration to the personal sacrifice required and have engaged with vigour their tireless training regime.
Step by Step, they will scale the 3000m ascent to reach their goal. Likewise, it is Step by Step that the BHF Funding of Research throughout the UK, will enable not only the treatment of Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)but hopefully its prevention by obtaining greater knowledge and best practice.
