In 2015 four Cally Masters swimmers made the journey from London to North Cornwall for the annual Padstow to Rock swim across the Camel Estuary, raising £1,748 for Marie Curie - Care And Support Through Terminal Illness. Overall the 2015 swim raised £70,000 for the charity.
This year our team has grown to ten swimmers for the 2016 swim on July 31st. The swim starts in the water just near the slipway at Padstow and entrants then swim the mile or so to Rock with yellow marker buoys to guide them before emerging triumphant (and/or relieved) on the beach at Rock ready for the hot chocolate and pasties served on the quayside.
This year we're looking to raise funds for Marie Curie again. Can you please help us? It would be fantastic if you could sponsor us through this page, or through an individual swimmer's page via the links below. Please dig deep for this worthwhile cause.
