We're raising money for two of the hopsitals that did so much for our girls, Chloe and Isabel who were born on the 11th December 2011, 3 months early.
The girls were born at the Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury and were immediately transferred out to Intensive Care Units at Medway and Ashford.
The care we and our girls received was amazing - and everything possible was done for them. Chloe was very poorly and was taken from us after just 12 days, her little sister Isabel somehow managed against the odds to keep fighting - after a rollercoaster of a ride, including 7 ambulance journeys and 5 months in 5 different hospitals she is now at home and doing amazingly.
