Me and my Dad are doing the Manchester to Blackpool nightride on the 28th September for the British Heart Foundation, a very worthy cause.
The heart is a pretty important piece of kit and everybody has one, (well, almost everybody), so it would be prudent of your fine self to donate a few quid to the cause. It's going to be cold, wet and probably snowing, and my Dad is 102 years old so, all told, it's all pretty derring do.
