In June this year I will be cycling from London to Amsterdam, in the land of orange.
The challenge will cover over 150 miles in two days - luckily I have plenty of time to get into shape ahead of the event.
This started off as being part of the Watford FC team raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK (PCUK).
Thanks to the generous donations received to date, I have reached the target of £1,000.
In light of this and recent events I have created a new page for some other worthy causes - please dig deep and feel free to donate to any of the charities.
PCUK and Mind are well known charities. WVS funds 'Mission Rabies' (www.missionrabies.com), a project where UK professionals provide free help in neutering and rabies vaccinations in India.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities.
