We (Fiona and Angus) are hitchhiking to Budapest!
We will start in the unknown depths of Scotland on the 14th January 2015 and aim to get to Budapest by the 19th.
The challenge being not to spend any money getting there. We've just got our wits and luck to see us safely to Hungary.
Why? Well we aren’t really sure how this happened but we do know that’s its to raise money for the 3 nominated charities of the University of St Andrews students.
Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre are for anyone who is affected by cancer. They aim to empower people to live with, through and beyond cancer. They also offer support to the friends and family of people living with cancer.
Nightline is a charity supporting independant Nightline services across universities across the country. Nightline offers confidential and anonymous overnight listening services. The service is provided by students and covers emotional support, information and various other services.
Unicef is an international charity providing valuable services and support to children in danger. They currently work in over 190 countries and their programs emphasise developing community-level services to promote the health and well-being of children.
