Thanks for visiting the In Memory of Mike Roach team fundraising page.
On behalf of the Roach family we have set up this team page to enable the gift of donations to two charities that Mike would approve of.
As you will no doubt know, Mike died on 26th of August 2018 and we wanted to donate in his name so that Mike is remembered in the way he was in life, as a generous compassionate man who loved animals and who brought light and fun into the life of everyone he knew. He will never know how much he has impacted on the lives of the people who knew him, so this small act will give that lasting legacy.
The charities we have chosen are
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.
The second charity is one that helped Mike and Zoe when they rescued Alfie thier beloved dog. The charity supported them so that Alfie had the best start possible in his new home.
Warrington Animal Welfare (WAW) was established in 1983 to promote responsible pet ownership in a bid to reduce the amount of stray, abandoned and unwanted pets in Warrington.
please feel free to choose one of the two and donate in memory of Mike Thank you. xx
Remember: Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never share them with anyone or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too. That means more money goes to the charity, faster, with JustGiving.
