Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page. We are raising funds for Joining Jack who use what we raise to acquire research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
2500 children, predominantly boys, live with Duchenne every day. It is currently 100% FATAL; there is no cure or effective treatment.
Research is paying off though and recently the drug TRANSLARNA was approved by NICE and is now available on the NHS. This will help a very small number of these children.... but it has given them a lifeline they didn't have. They only have this lifeline because of your generosity because without your sponsorship there is no research...there is no hope!
