I am planning to run the Venice Marathon on 27th October to raise funds for 3 charities - The Fire Fighters Charity, the Family Support Trust (for SFRS) and Adoption UK. If you are able to donate or raise awareness of these causes then please do so. My target is to raise awareness and £200 for each of the charities. Running the Venice marathon is my way to ensure others receive a bit of the kindness and support I’ve been lucky enough to have from friends, family, and colleagues at both Social Work and SFRS over the last while.
