This is our 5th annual Charity Bike Ride and this year we raising money for 'Blood Bike Wales' and 'The RNLI'.
25 riders are riding approx 365 miles from Rhyl to Cardiff 'The Long Way Down'.
On route we will be visiting RNLI stations in Aberystwyth, St. Davids, Tenby and The Mumbles and raising as much money as possible on route.
