A bunch of Mediabrands veterans and friends are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 13th for SLOW.
SLOW is a small, London based charity that makes a massive difference, supporting bereaved parents through the darkest moments of grief. Run by kind people who have all too experienced the worst thing that can happen to a parent - losing a child.
We're running in memory of little Esme and many other children who are no longer with their families.
SLOW stands for 'Surviving the Loss of Your World' which says it all really. It is also apt becuase none of us old timers will be breaking any records!
We appreciate you get a lot of these requests but any spare change you give will go a long way.
