Well, we're now well and truly hooked! Chris and Matt are taking part in the www.scumrun.com in 2014, our third event.
The event involves us driving up to 3,000 miles across Europe in just four days. That's bad enough but our chosen chariot must not cost more than £500, it's a banger rally. We'll be setting sail on 8th May 2014 but apart from having to meet somewhere in the UK with a car and a tent, that's al we know. At the beginning of each day we are given route cards with our destination and some checkpoints we must go to on the way.
There is no getting away from the fact this event is a truly awesome experience. However, there is a serious side. Each year the event raises tens of thousands of pounds for childrens charities. This years charity is no exception, Tommys.
Tommy's funds research into pregnancy problems and provides information to parents. And it's really important, did you know that one in four women lose a baby during pregnancy and birth.
