A 12 man military team will simulate a casi-vac stretcher carry. The challenge will involve a 35 Kg dummie being carried from Long Beach Gerogetown Ascension Island to the Dew pond at the top of Green Mountain, this being the Islands highest peak 2800ft above sea level. The 8 mile route is over undulating ground, assending an extreamly steep Mountain in tempratures of 32c +.We hope to raise money for both SAMA82 the South Atlantic Vets Association & The British Leagion
