I want to raise money for two local charities and need your help. Cynthia Spencer Hospice and The Leon Barwell foundation; here in Northampton. Separate fundraising pages joined together to raise money for charity. You'll see our team fundraising target on the right. Your donation can really help us smash this goal. The team target is big. Really big. These are two organisations very close to my heart and both rely enormously on your support to provide the services that people need when struggling with cancer.

I am going to lose my beloved pony tail and beard; both of which have stayed, resolutely on my face and head for many, many years. This will be done publicly, at Northampton Saints first home hgame of the season on 9 September. The game is against Leicester Tigers; probably the biggest local derby fixture on the calendar.
