Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page.
Jack, aged just 19, lost his fight with a rare aggressive cancer, Rhabdomyosarcoma, which mainly affects children and teenagers, in July 2016. In his last weeks, Jack started raising money for research into this terrible disease. To date, he's raised over £100,000. We are carrying on with Jack's fundraising.
Treatment for this cancer has remained largely unchanged since 1971. Outcomes are poor. All monies raised from this challenge will go to support the ICR's Molecular Pathology Team, headed by Professor Janet Shipley. This team are internationally renowned and actively researching this disease. Help Jack to support this valuable work so that they can find kinder and more effective treatments.
The members of this team have kindly agreed to ride for Jack. This is going to be a really difficult challenge, four days and more than 300 hilly miles.
Please do support Team Jack, however you can. Every penny counts.

Thank you from Team Jack
