On the 5th March 2013 we all took part in Vertical Rush, which involved running up 42 floors / 920 steps in Tower 42. It wasn't the easiest climb to the top and i think most of us don't want to see another set of stairs again!

The charity we are raising money for is Shelter.
Shelter is a charity that works to alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and bad housing.
Shelter provides free, confidential advice to people with all kinds of housing problems. Shelter tackles the root causes of bad housing by lobbying government and local authorities for new laws and policies, and more investment, to improve the lives of homeless and badly housed people.
