Walk for ME was started in the Uk and raised a lot ofmoney towards charity research for the debilitating neurological disease Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
This year a number of Manx residents have asked to take part so it is planned to do a walk along Douglas promenade on the 17th May (ME Awareness week )
Sufferers and their families and friends are sponsored individually but can join here together as a team
The funds will go to Invest in ME or ME Research UK who plan to do much needed bio-medical research in the UK.Please choose either of these when you choose your charity.
