On the 1st July I will be taking part in the first ever Trans Alba Race - a fully self-supported ride around Scotland incorporating over 1000 miles of road and 50,000 ft of climbing. I will be carrying all my equipment, sleeping bag, bivvy bag and food and will be completely responsible for all my navigation and logistics. I'll also be mainly wild camping. I'm aiming to finish in 6-9 days (that's up to 170 miles a day!).
It's going to be some challenge!

I'm raising money for two great charities this year - East Lothian Cardiac Rehab Group and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Please choose the page for the charity you would like to donate to.
Many thanks!
