Sadly, this year we lost my uncle Trevor and Paul’s cousin Nick to cancer. Each of them was cared for by a St Wilfrid’s Hospice, who gave incredible care and support to them and their families, and who offer ongoing support to their families for as long as it's needed. They rely on public donations and I would like to raise money for both hospices. A nice, traditional sponsored walk seemed like a safe bet, but to make it more of a personal challenge I have decided to do the Edge Walk on the roof of the CN Tower in Toronto, 1,168 feet above the ground. It would be incredible to raise whatever we can in honour of two wonderful and much missed men. The walk is on 13th October so we don’t have much time – my knees turn to jelly whenever I think of it so it's taken a while to convince myself that I can do this! Anything you can give will be so appreciated by me, St Wilfrid’s and by the people who still need their help. The hospices are separate charities so please choose one to donate to below. Thank you.
