In August 2012 6 builders and tradesmen from Magheralin (Davy Campbell, Colin Lilley, Ian Bustard, John Kennedy, Ronald Campbell and Matthew Anderson) and 1 handless individual (Trevor Gill) will take their skills to Ethopia where they will build houses for families being assisted by Habitat for Humanity. We will work on site for about 10 days building some traditional Ethopian homes made on a concrete foundations using a structure of reeds covered with a local clay and then rendered with a concrete skim finish.
