Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer just before Christmas. He is currently undergoing a course of preventative chemotherapy to reduce the chance of the cancer returning.
The most obvious side effect of chemo is the lost of hair, so to show support for him I've decided to shave my head and donate the hair to the Little Princess Trust which makes natural hair wigs for children who have had cancer.
It's hard to choose which charity or charities to raise money for, but we've decided (my brother and I) to sellect three: Caner Research UK (cancerresearchuk.org); The Little Princess Trust (littleprincesses.org.uk) which makes natural hair wigs for children who have had chemo; and It's in the Bag (http://itsinthebag.org.uk/), a charity which aims to raise awareness for testicular cancer and help those affected.
Below are the three donation pages, one for each charity. If you would like to donate to any or all, follow the link to the donation page.
Thank you for anything you give :-)
Remember: Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never share them with anyone or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too. That means more money goes to the charity, faster, with JustGiving.
