The Daybreak and Lorraine ladies have joined up to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK by running Race for Life 2011.
We figured we needed to blow away the cobwebs of the early mornings, and what better way to do it than getting together to run 5k for a great cause. Eek!
We're all quite worried as many of us find it hard enough running round the studio, so all your support will be needed and greatly appreciated.
