A glass of wine with dinner, a beer while watching the footy, a sip of whisky before going to bed — all pretty harmless activities if you watch television, go to movies, browse the Internet or talk to most people.
So, during Lent this year, from Ash Wednesday on March 5 to Thursday April 17, we've decided to give up alcohol for Lent and donate the funds we would have used to St Bride’s Inspire! Appeal to help maintain and care for this beautiful Wren Church.
