David Eales passed away from sudden illness on 23 August 2016. Many of us who were part of the now-defunct LCC ride from London to Amsterdam knew him as a friend, and David himself had planned to ride with us.
Several participants are now continuing this ride in his memory. Donations to the members of this team will go toward the London Cycling Campaign, of which David was an active member.
