Every year at Fairhurst Estates Limited we believe in putting something back into the community. Last December staff nominated two local charities for us to support during 2013. Firstly, “The Wellspring,” which provides services to homeless and disadvantaged people 365 days a year and is based in Stockport town centre. Secondly, Stepping Hill Hospital’s Neo Natal Unit, which is where one of our staff spent time with her premature baby two years ago.
11 runners will be forming “Team Fairhurst” and taking part in the Bupa Great Manchester 10k Run on 26th May to raise funds for these two worthy charities.
"Team Fairhurst," runners are - John Thornley, Howard Elliot Jones, Katie Wadsworth, Cath Booth, Kevin Welsby, Jessica Ashcroft, Laura Fox, Helena Thornley, Rachel Thornley, Liam Cavangh and Simon Plowman.
