We have organised a walk on Saturday 26th July to cover the classic Yorkshire Three Peaks to support a charity that Liz Lamb Flood is finding to be really useful following her diagnosis and ongoing treatment for breast cancer.
We have chosen a route that is on the right side of challenging to hopefully be worthy of a small donation from friends, family and anyone else that wants to support us. The walk is 25 miles long, takes in the three largest Yorkshire peaks 5000ft+ and showcases some of Yorkshire's finest scenery along the way. The target time is under 12 hours, for those that make it they'll get a certificate -those that don't get aching limbs, blisters, sun stroke and or hypothermia plus the knowledge that they will have supported a really excellent charity www.thehaven.org.uk.
