Lorraine passed away at the tender age of 44 after a long battle against the many side effects of Type 1 Diabetes.
Despite the many challenges the condition imposed upon her throughout her life, she remained positive, detrmined and overall a quite wonderful person to be around.
She was a strong supporter of promoting awareness of the impacts of Diabetes on lives old and young, and the need to support research to both mitigate those impacts and find permanent solutions in preventing and counteracting the condition.
We've joined together to raise money for that very cause.
We would like to thank all those who support this fund for the benefit of so many other people, with the aim of helping them long and healthy lives.
