Marf's charities for London Marathon 2013

…Somehow I have found myself embroiled in the London Marathon and since I shall be pegging it round the this glorious city for 26 miles, it might as well be for some worthy causes!

I have fathomed - somehow - to set up a Just giving Team in order to support 3 charities which are dear to my heart;

Firstly Ehlers-Danlos support, a less well known medical condition which needs some limelight shone upon their work and endeavours to understand and help those with this condition;

Secondly - The British Heart foundation - I think we will have all been touched by this through family and friends, so a worthy cause indeed;

and lastly - The Mayhew Animal Home who tend to those four-legged creatures in need in my local area.

Any donations are being given to excellent charities and if you are able to pitch in to any of these then I PROMISE not to use an Oyster card!!
