The friends of Mears Ashby School (FOMAS) , and the school have decided to organise another Race for Life Event and are hoping to make it as succesful as the 2016 event which raised an amazing amount to help with the battle against cancer.
Everyone, young and old, has been affected or seen the effects of cancer. On the 24th May 2019 the pupils of Mears Ashby School will be running again in aid for cancer research.Once they have completed their course, the course will vary depending on their age, each child will receive a medal to mark their archievement - a momento to keep and remember the fun they had and their contribution to a great course.
It would be fantastic, if we could repeat the success of the 2016 Race for Life in which the chilren raised and incredible £2145.95.
